Un nuovo riconoscimento per Cabert Cantina di Bertiolo: il Pinot Grigio Cabert DOC Friuli 2025 ha ottenuto 90 punti Falstaff nella degustazione pubblicata per l’edizione 2027 della guida.

Il risultato conferma l’attenzione della critica internazionale verso i vini prodotti da Cabert, cantina di Bertiolo, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, e in particolare verso il Pinot Grigio, una delle varietà bianche più rappresentative del territorio friulano e del vino italiano.

Pinot Grigio Cabert DOC Friuli: 90 punti Falstaff

The Pinot Grigio Cabert DOC Friuli 2025 was tasted on August 14, 2026 by Othmar Kiem and Simon Staffler, obtaining a score of 90/100 in the Falstaff selection.

It is a white wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia, produced with Pinot Grigio grapes and belonging to the DOC Friuli denomination.

The recognition is part of the enhancement journey of the Cabert DOC Friuliline: a collection that interprets some of the main varieties cultivated in Friuli through wines designed to express the character of the territory and the versatility of Friuli production.

Falstaff Tasting Notes

Falstaff describes the Pinot Grigio Cabert 2025 starting with its appearance, defined as bright straw yellow with a sparkling core.

On the nose, aromas of pineapple, mango, and pear emerge, accompanied by notes reminiscent of peach juice. In the aftertaste, a delicate hint of honey is also perceived.

On the palate, the Falstaff tasting highlights a rather simple and linear structure, with a fruity finish characterized by a note reminiscent of candy.

Recognition for Friuli Wine

The score of 90 Falstaff points represents further recognition for Cabert Cantina di Bertiolo and for the wine production of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Pinot Grigio is in fact one of the most important varieties of the region and finds particularly favorable conditions in the Friuli territory for the production of fresh, aromatic white wines that are easy to pair.

With Pinot Grigio DOC Friuli, Cabert offers an accessible and contemporary interpretation of this grape variety, within a range that includes several varieties and represents one of the expressions of production from the Cantina di Bertiolo.
