Straw yellow. Aromatic fan of typical proportions that opens with vegetal nuances of boxwood and tomato leaf, sage, passion fruit and pineapple with a rich mineral vein. In the mouth it is agile and drinkable with a fresh and savoury combination in great evidence. It closes long on fruity and vegetal notes.
Ruby. Aromatic portrait defined by the typical fruity expressions of blackberry with its blackberry bushes, forest scrub with its flowers and wild herbs, clear calcareous mineral imprint, very fine spicy outfit. Slender and dynamic on the palate thanks to youthful freshness and composed tannins, it acquires thickness and persistence in the savory finish and full of varietal returns.
Light golden. Typical olfactory profile drawn by the fruity traits of white peach and Williams pear, elderflower, with wild fennel, hay and dense rocky mineral vein. On the palate it presents itself with glyceric notes committed to soften the good fresh and savory progression that makes the sip lean and the finish long, full of coherent varietal returns.
Compact ruby. Olfactory panorama of ample and typical proportions that reveals itself with a delicate background of sweet spices on which stand the blueberries, the withering violets, the undergrowth with its berries and its aromatic herbs, calcareous the mineral nuances. Sip of excellent balance fresh glyceric, fine tannins and very long fruity finish.
Straw yellow. Paradigmatic olfactory scenario that expresses itself with the typical fruity notes of cedar and yellow peach, acacia and hawthorn flowers, medicinal herbs, oat flakes embellished with the smoky accents of the rich mineral vein.
On tasting it presents itself with an energetic fresh and savory synergy that manages the very long finish full of fruity and mineral echoes.
