It has an intense ruby red color, on the nose hints of plum, blackberry, black cherry, violet, cedar, chocolate. Warm, fruity, inviting, velvety, almost crunchy on the palate thanks to its marked freshness, it has a structure that accompanies it to longevity.

Friuli Colli Orientali

Vinification/fermentation

After harvesting it is fermented and left to post-macerate for 10 days in order to extract all the velvety tannins that are in the berry.

Aging

It is subsequently aged in wood for 18 months.
