The first two wines of the CABERT Storia line – a Merlot and a Sauvignon – come from a small patch of land, in the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, where strong temperature variations, marble-limestone soils and an enviable exposure, make the particular terroir extremely suited to the cultivation of grapes of superior quality.
It has an intense ruby red color, on the nose hints of plum, blackberry, black cherry, violet, cedar, chocolate. Warm, fruity, inviting, velvety, almost crunchy on the palate thanks to its marked freshness, it has a structure that accompanies it to longevity.
With an intense straw yellow color, it gives the wine refreshing aromas of citrus fruits, fruits, lemon, grapefruit, bergamot, pineapple, passion fruit, elder, at the end notes of sage. Mineral on the palate.
